In case you weren’t aware Ernie Trimble popped in to say hello. Ernie and his wife have both successfully recovered from their hip operations. That was his good news. Unfortunately Ernie has been diagnosed with Lung Cancer and is hoping an operation will successfully remove the cancer; rather than having to undergo chemo. I am certain you will join myself and the committee in wishing Ernie a successful outcome and speedy return to the fold.
Anyone in possession of cups ad trophies would you please hand them in to John Ordish as a matter of urgency so that John can arrange for engraving.
Please note that today there were several holes that had been damaged by someone using their putter to ‘hook’ their ball out of the holes.
Course etiquette states that clubs should not be used to remove a ball from the hole so please DO NOT USE A CLUB TO REMOVE YOUR BALL FORM THE HOLE.
AGM: Anyone wishing to put forward proposals for consideration at eh AGM please email John Ordish (remember to also provide your name and that of a seconder).
